Swimming Fun

Lots of swim days in this NV heat!

Swimming at Sandy's pool has been so fun!

 This little pool has been a lifesaver!

 Walt went down the big water slide at Wet n' Wild.

It's Hanna's favorite slide.

A swim day with friends is always a treat, 

even if there are almost 20 kids around.

Circus Fun

We had a lot of fun taking the kids to their first Circus Show (Hanna was at Choir Camp). It was fun watching the very talented people.

Besties

My friend Amber and I got to have a short girls weekend together! 

We ate good food, shopped, saw a movie, shopped some more and stayed the night in a hotel.

It was a gift from her husband for Mother's Day and we had a great time!

Amber and I have gotten so close this past year in Pahrump and 

I'm really going to miss her when I'm gone!

 I'm also going to miss this fun "Sweet Reads" group!

Vegas is not too far though so we will for sure keep in touch!

Bowling

Took these three bowling, it was a close game!

Bowling shoes on kids are so cute!

Summer Time

It's summer; which means it's hot here in NV and all we can do to keep cool is get wet!

We will be spending most of the summer at Wet n' Wild! 

Clark loves this slide, he probably went down it over 30 times last time we were there!

While at home we will cool off in this little life saver of a pool!

The kids were in it at 7:30am the other day!

Diamond Kid Triathlon

Love this picture of Max and Hanna!

So proud of these kids for pushing themselves hard!

Max, Hanna and Van swam 50 yards, biked 2 miles and ran 1/2 a mile!

Danny did the parent assist with Walt. 

Walt did everything on his own just got to do it next to his dad. 

Walt did the 50 yard swim, 1 mile bike and 1/2 mile run.

Daisy ran in the fun run which was 1/2 a mile. 

I was shocked that she ran the hole way!

They all did excellent!

Last Day of School 2014

This was our last year at Hafen Elementary School we will be moving back to Vegas this August.

Girl's Weekend

Carolee, Laura, Alicia and I got together for a girl's weekend in Park City, UT! 

It had been 8 years since we've all been together (bummed Hanna couldn't make it).

We got to stay in a super nice condo, ate good food, went down the Alpine slides and coaster, 

enjoyed late night talks in the hot tub, shopped and visited Temple Square! 

Hoping to get together yearly for now on, eight years was way too long!

We had a blast!
